On troubleshooting it s says that an ethernet cable is broken or not plugged in properly and is unable to fix the problem as obviously i am not connected via any cable.
I ran diagnostics and it said to plug in the ethernet cable to the network adaptor.
Turn off your computer and remove the power cable from it.
As long as you don t need all of your ports you can get by.
