In the tiled roof hut that i built based on your design i created a small furnace with a few clay tiles laid on top for cooking on. An underfloor heating system was built into one side of the hut to act as a sitting sleeping platform in cold weather. Next to the furnace there is a small chamber made of the same mixture as above but with a clay tile floor for not putting food on mud.
