If i recall the iris door opener is a repackaged linear garage door opener.

In this case resetting the door opener will de link it from your garage doors.
It was originally connected to the iris hub.
However if you move homes get a new garage door or install a new garage door opener on your existing garage doors the remote door opener will no longer work.
Choose a room for the device and touch next.
Then repair via the iris hub.
Press the remote button 2 more times to reset the opener.
Hold the pairing button until you get a long beep.
You can try removing the gdc from the iris system that is done from the device tab then i would reset the gdc.
If the possible obstruction message still appears you will likely have to repair the tilt sensor with the gdc.
Additionally you can easily re link the garage opener to your doors if necessary.
