The in a row thing doesn t mean in one single wall dash cling. You just can t kill any enemies without clinging dashing between wall cling kills. Get 18 kills in a row while wall dashing or wall clinging without touching the floor.

So yeah i do believe this is a legit riven mod challenge. Loki has a wall latch passive that allows him to latch for a whopping 60 seconds. Jump back up on wall kill another guy while cloaked. Get x kills in a row while wall dashing or wall clinging without touching the floor loki.
